i was tagged by the wonderfully talented laura (i still dont know how to make a name a link some help please!) http://www.lauragunnstudio.blogspot.com/
i realize that i have some pretty obvious weird things about me so you can imagine what i have going on in the ol noggin! lol before i get to that i want to apologize to everyone for being a lame friend, blogger, and flickerer lately. i have had alot of major things going on and i dont want anyone to take it personally. im truly thankful for my flickr /blogger friends and you guys truly are what gets me thru this last stretch of separation from paul.
ok now for the weirdness
1) iam truly terrified of the biscuits that come in a tube,to the point where i sometimes get upset talking about it even. when the kids were little i used to make them pigs in a blanket and have to leave the room or really, go outside to have them open them. once they are open iam fine but i cant be around for the opening. ive had pet snakes, laid on an 8 nail bed of nails, eaten fire. had my tongue split with nothing to numb it but i cannot handle the biscuits at all.
2)i grew up in a small town in iowa and they had a summerstock theater my mom worked at, that actors from all over the u.s. would come and work at so i grew up hanging out around the costume shop and playing with the props in the prop shop and my best friend was a skeleton in a casket in the prop shop named mr bones. it was so realistic i dont know if he was real or not but i know he had on a nice suit.
3)this is recent...when paul left last time i took his straw from sonic and have used it everyday since he left a month ago.i do rinse it out but i always have a quicktrip mug full of ice and tea with a straw so his straw replaced theirs. i also have the napkin he wiped his face with the first time we ate at in and out almost 2 years ago.
4) the inside of my lip is tattooed
5)i secretly love justin timberlake but only when he dances.im starting to suspect i might be a dirty old woman. i dont listen to that kind of music but there is just something about him. i also promised someone i would never admit that....oops
6)after i fold a piece of clothing from the dryer i have to rub it. i can sit with a whole basket of clothes fold and then rub it and pat it before i start the next one....kinda like when you have a baby on their belly and your rubbing and patting their back, even if im in a hurry i will do a quick swipe and pat....maybe thats it i miss my kids being little lol.
another thing people dont know about me is iam a big ska fan and the fact laura was in a ska band totally makes her a rockstar in my eyes.
ok i tag kimmie http://calamitykim.typepad.com/calamity_kim/ (someone tell me how to do that please!)

ok i tagged way more people than i should but sue me! i cheated!

First of all to link is very simple- when you are writing your post you click on the picture of the chain link and then making sure you leave the http:// part or just add it before the rest of the url address. I think it does it automatically. If I can do it you should be able to do it. There are also many help boxes on Typepad to ask for help....Thanks for tagging me...I'll have to think about it! calamity K

okay, the busciuts? use to totally freak me out too (one of the benefits of gluten-free, no canned busciuts).
and your ears, you ears remind me of this guy i went to school with. he use to put 2 liter lids in them. then something happened over the summer and they literally went past his shoulders.
and i already did the weird thing. but i may do it again. because?
i'm that weird.

Wow I have only seen things like that on national geographic. Very cool but at the same time I would be afraid they would get hung up on things as I passed them. ( the holes in the ears that is). I don't think it is weird just unique. But then I had a purple and pink Mohawk as a teen ager so i am not one to talk I guess. Times change now I haven't had a hair cut in 8 years. I guess we are all a little weird in our own ways.
take care
